How do I rent from 7 Train Media?

What paperwork do I need for my rental?

To open an account with 7 Train Gearhouse, you will need the following submitted via email at least 24 hours prior to your rental date:

  • A certificate of insurance naming 7 Train Gearhouse LLC, as Additional Insured and Loss Payee with General Liability coverage up to $1,000,000. Rented Equipment Coverage must cover the listed total replacement costs for your order.

  • A front and back copy of your photo identification and credit card to keep on file.

  • A signed copy of our Rental Agreement.

Can I have gear delivered to my shoot?

Yes, 7 Train Gearhouse provides delivery to the Tri-state area. Once we receive the details of your job, our team will schedule a delivery and pick up according to your needs. Please be advised there will be an additional cost for delivery.

When does my rental need to be returned by?

All rentals are due by 12pm on the agreed return date.
